French Toast with Sliced Bananas

Ingredients

1/4 cupSyrups, maple

1 medBananas

6 tblsYogurt, plain

1/4 tspVanilla extract

1 tspSugar, granulated

1/2 cupEgg substitute, frozen

4 sliceBread, wheat bran
Directions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla, and sugar. Set aside.2. Pour egg substitute into a shallow bowl and dip bread into egg substitute, coating both sides and absorbing all liquid.
3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and over medium heat, cook bread until browned on both sides.
4. Remove bread to a heated platter, cover, and keep warm.
5. In the same skillet, quickly cook banana slices until golden on each side.
6. Place 2 slices of bread on each serving plate and top evenly with yogurt mixture, banana slices, and syrup.
