Potato Soup with Vegetables and Pasta

Directions
1. In a large pot over moderate heat, warm olive oil. add potatoes, carrot, and onion; saute for 5 minutes.2. Add chicken broth, basil, and oregano.
3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add zucchini and 1 cup of the tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes.
5. Add pasta, peas, and remaining 2 cups tomatoes; simmer until pasta is cooked through.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and garnish with parmesan cheese.
