GLAZE:

Directions
1. Combine all flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, and salt, and stir to mix well. add the banana, buttermilk, egg whites, and vanilla extract, and stir to mix well.2. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake at 350F degrees for about 35 minutes, or just until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool the cake to room temperature.
Glaze:
1. Combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer the glaze to a small saucepan and place over medium heat for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Drizzle the glaze over the cake, and let harden before cutting into squares and serving.
